Here at Goode & Davies, we undertake all manner of domestic work from small in-situ repairs and restoring door panels to making a complete new stained glass window for your hall or offices. We offer a complete removal and refitting service with the flexibility of advising all our customers on the best method to remove or refit a window should you wish to carry out the work yourself. Rest assured, that whatever work we undertake you are guaranteed the very best in workmanship and materials.
New Designs
Many houses have some form of stained glass or leaded light window. We can replace any existing plain glass with a beautiful stained glass panel to your taste or to match in with the period of your home, taking into consideration both light and privacy with our designs. We offer both a design service or are equally happy to make a panel based on your own design.

Renovations
Stained glass itself is a beautiful medium and one which is valued in homes both to the householder and to a potential purchaser. Many people, upon searching for a new home look at the costs involved and what work they may have to do. If you have a window or door panel that has seen better days then why not contact us with a view to obtaining a free estimate. Likewise, if you are moving and wish to take a panel with you, then we can arrange to remove the window and alter the dimensions to fit your new home (please be aware that you will need to specify in your sales details that you are doing this).

Here is an example of a window renovation we recently completed for a client. They weren’t happy with the painted centre panel and wanted it replaced with a design more suitable to the rest of the window and to the style of the house. We decided to alternate the border colours as they felt like the top half and lower panels were separate, and then replaced the very dark glass with a colour to match with the lighter oblongs.
